We promote and fulfil a range of services that compliment good quality of life and equip adults with skills to thrive within the community.
About Us
We are a supported living and care provider based in Essex, in the east of the United Kingdom.Connect Living Hub was founded by two healthcare professionals who have several combined years of service experience in health assessments,
social care and needs assessments, care planning, safeguarding and project management.
Our Mission
We take pride in assisting adults who have support needs to integrate within the community and encourage them to lead an active and independent lifestyle while promoting their employability.
Services
At Connect Living Hub, we identify needs, provide support, foster independence and focus on wellbeing.We are CQC registered offering supported living and care services for individuals with physical and/or mental health impairments and disabilities.
This includes providing home care where we assist with:
• personal care
• meal preparations
• admin tasks
• light housework and other daily activitiesOur dedicated team also provide personalised keyworking sessions, tailored exercise programmes, physiotherapy, post-hospital rehabilitation, stress management, health education and advice.
